Welcome to another exciting edition of #joannhaircrushday
Have you ever been in a place and discovered that your hair was the longest among every one? Now imagine you having the longest hair in the world…lol. I just imagined it, and the look was really funny to me. Never mind, its not part of my hairgoals
One way or another, we have probably heard of Xie Qiuping from China, the lady with the longest hair in the world(on record). She is currently, 43 years old. As at 2004, when her hair was measured, it was 5.627 METRE(S)
HOW TO GET XIE QIUPING’ HAIR
Of course, no African has dared to grow that extent of length, but if you are so inspired to try it, kudos to you, we would be glad to measure it18 years from now.
On a serious note, you can grow your hair to great length with persistence and patience
Xie Qiuping has been growing her hair since 1973 from the age of 13. She now holds the Guinness world record for the longest female hair with a length of 5.627 metres (18 feet 5.54 inches) when last measured. That’s nearly as long as the height of a giraffe!
The lesson learnt here is that it takes time to achieve your hair goals, but if you keep at it, you will surely celebrate in a short while.
